Standard three leg was their process, had the screen and I 'Nope''d on out. From the details I got, my view is 1) they do not know how to develop software and 2) leadership does not understand the organizational structure to develop software.
I had two interviews for the Account Manager position. I was told things were moving forward and that I should hear back within a week from HR to schedule a final interview with his manager. That never happened.
Weeks passed with no updates. I followed up multiple times by email and phone, and eventually HR responded saying they’d check with the hiring team. Still, nothing. What I was originally told would be a quick two or three-week process ended up dragging on for nearly two months. After several more emails and unanswered calls, I gave up.
I felt like I was strung along and overpromised throughout the process. The communication was disappointing, and I never received any clear closure. If you’re applying here, just be aware the timeline and expectations they give you might not match the reality.
Group interview, panel like discussion about qualifications and what if scenarios. Managers and staff interviewed, then had a separate call with the Finance Director. This was a virtual call, and the interview process went well.
