The process was quite slow, from submitting the application to receiving initial contact from the recruiter. After that, the structure was fairly standard: a recruiter screen, a hiring manager screen, and a virtual onsite.
The onsite was lengthy, taking nearly the entire day, and included a mix of behavioral, product/design, and technical interviews. I had the opportunity to meet with individuals across different levels of leadership. There was a follow-up interview with the hiring manager as well.
Communication could have been better. I experienced delays in receiving the final decision despite sending follow-up emails. Ultimately, I was not extended an offer.
