I came in to present a ten min yoga class- they hired me on the spot
Came with headshot, resume, and certifications
It was quiet simple, I don't know how much else to expand on it. They also needed many instructors at the time, so that must have influenced the ease of the process

sending an application -> phone screening interview with a hiring manager -> showing up an audition -> hearing from the hiring manager through text message or email. overall very easy and casual setup, people are respectful.

There is an audition process. Some auditions are held in a group while others are held one on one. It depends on the management team/ hiring team how the auditions are held.
