I answered questions relating to my field via email. Skype interview. Flew to location. Live interview and audition. I performed the class formats I specialized in. They gave me a Job offer after explaining the formats they provide and pride themselves on. Training pay is included. Online training is amazing and extremely informative.

sending an application -> phone screening interview with a hiring manager -> showing up an audition -> hearing from the hiring manager through text message or email. overall very easy and casual setup, people are respectful.

There is an audition process. Some auditions are held in a group while others are held one on one. It depends on the management team/ hiring team how the auditions are held.
