Referred by senior students from university association,they asked me to come on site and asked statistics questions such as regression, dw test, recovering missing data and some other time series problem. At last I was asked to do two small data analysis.

In answering statistics problem, one should relate it to the problem. It's not pure technical.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Credit Lyonnais Securities Asia (London, England) in May 2013
Interview
We discussed what the company does, went through my CV, talked about my interest in the internship. I had 3 interviews, one with a supervisor and one with the operational manager. When I got the contract, I met with the CEO. We also talked about China economy and markets as the firm is focused on Asia Pacific shares.
