Online system designed to filter applicants. Fine system, clearly has it's faults. Would prefer an in person or interview via webcam/phone. Interesting system. Not sure if they do interviews in person.

Interview process was worthless, painful, and not potentious to the job at all. Star format is the worst format for job interviews. Maybe use mixing up words and asking the same question 8 times with different variations.
STAR Method, used for interviews. Situation -Task-Action- Result. Important to understand during the interview process, be open and honest. Open flow of communication, practice makes perfect. Ask questions at the end, and stay engaged.
