The interview with the 3 panelists was great overall and simple. The questions were mainly about S.T.A.R and how to handle difficult situations. I didn't get to hear an update until I reached out to the Senior Recruiter telling me I should hear something about a week from now. Unfortunately, the Recruiter included me in an email trail regarding a counteroffer for a different candidate. Not sure why the recruiter included me in the email for another candidate. This is when I knew I didn't get the offer. I got this interview using a referral and I was expecting better communication with the recruiter.
