Couchbase Sales Development Representative (SDR) interview questions

The interview process was very seamless. I was asked fair questions and the interviewers had a great understanding about how to be successful in role. Their response was efficient when they offered me a role. Best interview experience I’ve had.

5 interview, had to come in for two of them. Communication for next stages was very slow to develop, had to give availability multiple times. Wasn’t given a clear picture of how many stages. Last interview was over an hour long with inconsequential questions, plenty of ego as well. Sent me a 3 sentence paragraph saying I didn’t get the job with no details on why they passed. Waste of time and made you feel like they don’t care about people.
