Applied online and set up a time to chat with a recruiter a few days later. The recruiter didn't show up to our scheduled call. The call was rescheduled and the recruiter was then 15 mins late. Asked about compensation expectation and brief overview of my background. Next, had a phone call with a manager, who was also about 15 mins late. Talked about the role, team and types of projects. I was then asked to set up a call with another manager. In the middle of scheduling that call, I stopped hearing back from the recruiter. Cornerstone OnDemand seems like a cool company and I really enjoyed talking with the manager. But the recruiting experience was unprofessional and hopefully was a poor impression of the company.
