Applied on line, received a phone call to set up a phone interview approximately a week later. After phone interview was invited to interview in person. In person interview was all day with about 8 different people. Most of the people were professional and the office seemed well run. Work culture was odd as they have a notable emphasis on the interviewee having an existing personal connection to the company- every person asked if I knew someone who worked there already.
