Mixed feelings: I interviewed for two similar positions in a space for a few months. Everyone I talked to was very nice, friendly, and lovely to talk to. The first position was "closed for hiring" but it's still up online. The second one seemingly ghosted me as it's been almost a month since the interview and I haven't heard back

Started with HR contact, to check personality, our interest and knowledge about the company
Head of Department and afterwards by coworkers for technical questions, both in EN and PT (local optional).
