The interview process was great. I appreciated that there were multiple staff leading a group interview which adds more transparency in the hiring process. The questions involved basic get to know, behavioral, and situational questions. They also encourage you to work as a team with the other candidates to see how you work together.

Interview
Interviewers asked many different scenarios about public safety , policy, and community core is policy. I applied for one position. However I am being considered for a few. They asked me to forward my personal references and would be getting back to me in about 2 weeks.
