They will give some situations and challenges nurses encounters and they will ask you how to deal with it. They will also ask some nursing procedures and assess your knowledge from that certain skills set.

Scheduled to interview with panel of managers but only 1 made it. Lasted less 10mins. 2 questions asked and she said I need acute experience in the US.

Situation questions. How you deal with certain types or patients, families. ect. Why do you want to work here? They asked how you deal with stressful situations. How do you delegate tasks.
