After submitting an initial application, i was contacted by a recruiter via telephone for a 15 minute 'pre-interview'. A few weeks later, i was asked to interview with a manager at the location where she went further into detail...it lasted about an hour... Then i was invited back for a second interview where i was given a situation and i was to prepare a presentation which i went on to present to a small panel.

A very corporate long process. First round involves recruiters then I was contacted via email to call a number if I wanted to proceed. Then waited a few weeks for a call for an interview.
