I applied online. I interviewed at Colorado Access
Interview
I had an hour-long Zoom interview with the executive director and another foundation staff member. They shared they hoped to make a decision based off one interview but would have a follow up panel interview if there were multiple finalists. The recruiter called to reject me three working days later.
I applied online. I interviewed at Colorado Access in Oct 2024
Interview
30 minutes with hiring manager, two 60 minutes panel interviews, and project. You are not compensated for developing the project. It was a straight forward interview process, but please be very transparent with your entire background.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Colorado Access
Interview
I interviewed twice over two months, which was far too long of a process.
The hiring manager stated they were a micromanager in the first interview and stated how they are working towards scrum but are not scrum.
The second interview was absolutely unhinged. It was with the whole team (a panel of 9 folks, which was way too many) and they were absolutely unprepared to ask and answer questions.
I was asked an inappropriate question by one of the panel members, and when I declined to answer, they continued to push for an answer. The hiring manager and their leader did not step in.
After being told I was the top candidate, I was completely ghosted which was probably a blessing seeing as they struggled to answer any questions I had.
