It was good and focus on job description. interviewer is very polite and in good manner. On time. HR is very kind and accommodating. 1st step is interview via phone 2nd step zoom interview
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Collins Aerospace (Tanauan, Province of Batangas) in May 2024
Interview
The interview process had a lot of waiting time. The HR did not follow the scheduled time, and also even if there is still 45 - 40 mins before lunch, they did not accommodate the remaining two applicants for their initial interview even if there's also two of them interviewing.
