There were 2 rounds one with HR and the next with Manager.
I applied online post that I received a call from one of the Recruiter and she asked few basic questions about me in evening I got my interview call letter for very next day.

So I applied off campus and it starts with a basic aptitude test followed by an Interview with a Collabera manager and if you are through ends with a HR call telling about your CTc and benefits (that's what when I applied)

You have to fill out a form. It has various questions about you. The interview process has a single round. The panel consists of two interviewers. They are friendly. The overall process is nice.
