I applied through job portal, i got a call from one of the consultancy
job role was process executive semi voice for mortgage there was HR round , aptitude test, operation round and at last versant round

Question 1
HR round there is simple self introduction
Aptitude test question which were asked was related to english and logical reasoning.
operation round they will be asking question like
1 self introduction
2 why cognizant
3 what do you understand about mortgage
4 some percentage calculation
5 any topic to speak for a minute
The interview went smooth and with guidance of the interview process and steps it was a good experience overall and the HR's are very ggod in structuring the walk-in and however it went for all day completing the final round

Nice. Simple Amcat Test and an interview . It was so easy to attend. And the process is so fast that with in a week it was completed and I am hired in the job which is working from home.
