Standard interview process: a screening call with HR, followed by a competency-based interview with senior staff, and then a final interview with managers where you're assessed on practical skills. The experience was smooth and pleasant, with good transparency maintained throughout from the company, and took less than a month to complete.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly competency questions and some typical questions to assess your interest in CRE and ability to meet KPIs.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at CoStar Group (Richmond, VA)
Interview
Lack of communication and unreasonable. Made it to the third interview and they ghosted me until i had to reach out several times for them to tell me i didn’t get the role.
Talked about the role for 30 minutes on a teams meeting, and asked if I had any questions after. First "interview" really isn't an interview at all, it's more informational so I wonder what the criteria is to move forward, probably the questions you ask.
A not too formal, 30-minute Teams call; alternated between asking me questions about myself and how I fit into the role and the industry, and explaining the role to me.
