Despite saying he'd get back to me with next steps he never did, and to be honest, the first impression was so bad I'd be extremely reluctant to proceed in any case

Two stage interview. First stage requires you to give a 20 minute sales pitch for the Homes.com realtor platform utilizing materials and tips provided by your recruiter. Second stage was an on site interview that focuses more on personality and behavioral questions. First stage can be daunting but if you study the materials correctly and develop a script you can get by pretty easily
