It was a structured interview with 10 questions and a panel of 3 people. So be sure when you go in you know what a structured interview is. They ask all candidates the same questions for fairness. The flaw with this process is that the interviewers are following a strict format and it felt to me that they didn't get to know me in my interview and before I knew it the interview was over. My biggest advice is to take control of the interview. Answer their questions of course but it's to your advantage to talk about yourself and insert other stories and attributes about yourself so they'll get to know you. This will help set you a part from the others and seemed to work really well for me when I had a different structured interview somewhere else.
