First you do a personality test then they do a phone interview then if you pass you get a 1 on 1 interview with a manager. The interview questions were all situational questions.

buzz reception, fill out a form, wait to be called in to the office by the founder of the company who then invites to spend a day with a team in a day in the life.

Interview
Prior to the actual interview, there is an information session where the recruiter and sales manager talks a bit about Citibank, gives more detail about the Sales Representative role and allows the group of interviewees/potential employees to ask questions.
After the information session, interviewees who aren't interested in further pursuing the position is allowed to leave without being interviewed.
