I met with 3 people on 2 interviews, the 2 first looked like they were on a Sunday morning. We addressed the elephant in the room with a smile, but nevertheless I have to highlight some the question I got like - what did I deserve to be a manager, or why I deserve to be a manager, at the end I got the sensation they didn't understand English very well, they denied my experience and focused that I should improve my soft skills with e-learning trainings that I took on every workplace. This is the new breed of Cisco Systems in Poland or better the overbreed effect, hope Cisco Senior staff will do something about this one day. Second day, nice experience although the person who interviewed gave me a go said to be careful on being too technical on my answers as senior managers dislike the rationale.
