I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Circle Graphics (Longmont, CO) in Oct 2025
Interview
It was quick, asked a few questions and was offered a job on the spot. Basic overview of the work and a tour of the work space. I was there less than 2 hours and didn't have to wait in the lobby long for my interviewer to meet me.
Over the phone, they went over a few standard questions, like what my strengths and weaknesses were. They also made a verbal offer on the spot and didn't seem to have too many requirements
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Circle Graphics (Longmont, CO) in Jun 2020
Interview
Applied for the job. Did not hear anything for 2 weeks. Emailed a follow up. They scheduled a phone screening. Phone screening went great. Enthusiasm from both parties. Told me they would be scheduling interviews the following week. I did not hear from them the following week so I followed up asking if they had moved forward with other candidates. I never heard back from them.
My issue lies with them not sending a communication letting me know they were moving on with the process and ignoring my email. It reflects poorly on them. If they can't finish tasks associated with bringing team members onboard, what does the rest of the organization look like? The onboarding process sets the tones for the whole employment. Run!
