The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cinemark (Union City, CA) in Sept 2015
Interview
I applied online. I got a call about 4 days afterwards. I couldn´t make the interview the next day so they said they would give me an interview the week after but there wasn´t one available that week. I was highly discouraged. I remained positive on the phone and tried to give off a good impression. However, a week after that I received a call for an interview the next day. I made sure I dressed professsionally, but not doing too much. I came 15 minutes early and it was fairly easy. I asked the box office about my interview with angeline and they told me to wait in the cafe. Fairly comfortable there and I had time to review questions in my head. At 4:30, I was walked to the back with both manager Angeline and the hiring manager Imelda. Both were super friendly and professional. They were open to the answers I gave them and it felt like a casual conversation. I was myself the whole time. The interview lased only 10 minutes and they said they would call me on Saturday through Tuesday. I got the call 2 days early that I got the job! Yay!
There was only one interview that was done in the main lobby area of the building. It wasn't a horrible spot but it was very public and distracting. Basic questions.
Interview was easy going and was asked basic behavioral questions. Met with two different managers and interview was about 30 minutes. Heard back within a week and accepted the job offer.
