Interview
Had a phone interview. It lasted about thirty minutes. Scott the recruiter I spoke to was personable and it wasn't stressful. He asked me questions about my previous work experience and asked me some situational questions. I feel like I didn't get the job because I didn't have a lot of management experience. (4 years total) 3-4 weeks after the phone interview I received an email thanking me for my time and saying they were considering other candidates for the position.

Question 1
Situational question: Tell me about a time where you had a difficult situation with someone who worked under you or something to that effect.
Rigorous. No questions were left unasked. 5 interviews total all on less than a week ! Can you believe that? I thought this would be the easiest job and compared to the interview it was. Someday I hope they reopen a few locations.
