Interview was good but first meeting is more of an exploratory chat to know me better as someone with an extensive sales experience. They discussed other open positions too that may interest me that fits my current profile better.

There were 4 rounds with local HR, Country Manager, Regional HR Manager, Regional Sales Manager. Timeline was 1 month, waiting for the offer took another 3-4 weeks, so prepare for waiting.
