I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle (Orlando, FL) in Apr 2012
Interview
I initially did an online application, received an e-mail afterwards saying, "Thank you for applying... your application will be carefully reviewed, if you meet our needs a hiring manager will be in touch with you very soon."
2 weeks later I randomly decided to check on the status of my application instead of just saying "Application Received" it had now been updated to "Interview Requested." I'd say in less than a week I was contacted, via e-mail by a manager (which I thought was different) if I'd like to come in for interview. I thought it was kind of odd that I was being contacted by a manager at different location (about 20 mins. further) than the location I applied to, but I figured maybe this company just does things differently. I replied asking what specific date/time I could come in, I waited almost 2 days thinking maybe he changed his mind. Then as I'm checking my e-mail before I go to bed Thursday night, I get an e-mail at about 10:30pm asking if I could come in "around" 2pm that Friday. I was caught off guard, but I gladly agreed.
The place was packed with the lunch rush as I arrived. While I waited for the manager, I was offered a drink by a worker. Finally the manager comes and introduces himself, he also brings out the Kitchen Manager that he personally hired and I eventually realized both are going to interview me. Since I had no previous work experience the questions stayed pretty basic. Tell me about yourself? Have you ever eaten at Chipotle's? Can you see yourself making this a career? Why don't you have a lot of experience? Do you have any questions? Basic background information on the company and "food with integrity."
My main question was "is this the main location hiring right now? His response was I know the Winter Garden location is hiring (because he also runs it) however he assumed that the location we were physically in was closer than the other location I specifically applied for, and maybe my idea choice, (although my application would say otherwise)
He told me I should hear from him in a week, and if I don't for me to get in contact with him. Long story short, I never heard back from him and I think the latter half of my post as well as me being in school for music and therefor not really making a "career" out of it probably played a roll. So if it went to someone with not a lot of options as far as jobs/careers than best of luck!
The interview was fairly simple. Interview questions based more so on personality and teamwork abilities. The whole interview process lasted less than 20 minutes as there was multiple candidates applying at the same time.

Question 1
What would you do to resolve conflict between you and another coworker.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle (San Diego, CA) in Nov 2021
Interview
I first got a call from the store manager and things were fine at first, but the next day when I got called in to start orientation, the manager wanted to ask me a few more questions. I told her about my situation, told her I was disabled and was religious and wouldn't work between a certain time frame, she tried to dance around the fact that she didn't want to hire me by telling me that I would be their designated "chip maker" and that it was a fast-paced location.

Question 1
She didn't ask anything. She just told me that it was a fast paced store and wanted me to work somewhere else.
Received a call from the store manager to set up a interview in the next couple days. Went to the store, met the manager, and we interviewed on one of the customer table for around 20 minutes.
