Straightforward phone screen. The recruiter reached out to schedule a time to speak. We had a brief, slightly tense conversation. I answered the questions as she asked them and then she told me I should have elaborated differently. I explained that I would have been glad to do so if she had phrased the question differently. I never received any response about this role.

I was wooed by the recruiting firm about Chewy and was looking forward to the interview after coming back to the USA after four years in Asia. The CEO and CHRO had scheduled time with me, a global retail senior executive of +20 years, and the interview lasted 3 minutes on the phone. Words that come to mind... rude, short, and arrogant. Horrible experience.
