Contacted over email to set up a phone interview, painless process. Had a 30 minute interview with the team manager. Emailed for an in person interview. Process took too emails back and forth due to the entire week offered being booked. Interview involved a tour of the company, job shadow, 1 interview with team manager and the higher up process manager, and lastly 1 interview with 2 higher managers. The job posting and job shadow was not the same. The job shadow was not what not what was posted in the job description. It was later made clear that the job posting was a just a general posting and their needs had changed slightly. I was told repeatedly how each member of the team had gotten to their position, from the entry level customer solutions positions. The culture seemed great and everyone raved about it, but there was feelings of hostility towards a new grad coming into the middle instead of working the way up. Great location. Awesome atmosphere and desks, everyone was happy to be at work.
