I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Chatham Financial (Newark, DE) in Sept 2019
Interview
Stay away! If you don’t know if you like someone after 5 months.... stop interviewing them! Very unprofessional! I came into the office 6 times for interviews and took several exams. They never told me they didn’t like me, but they felt like I would “be a better fit” somewhere else within the company. I understand they want to fit the person to ideal position, but this process took months. In fact I put a stop to the entire thing, because I felt like it was being drawn out. Trust me... this company isn’t that special to have such lengthy process.

Interview
Recruiting Call -> Online Application -> Superday -> ELT Interview
1. Recruiting Call was fairly simple and all questions were either about why I applied, how I found the job posting and my past experiences.
2. OA was the CCAT Assessment (50 questions in 15 minutes)
3. Superday was 4 back-to-back interviews with members of the team. It was a mixture of behavioral, experiential and technical questions. One interview was a case study.
4. Did a final interview with a managing director. Fairly simple and completely based on my past experiences.
Entire process from the time I submitted my application until I got the offer was about 2.5 months.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Why did you apply to this role & how did you find out about the firm?
2. Questions about calculations with FX exchange rates.
The process starts with a HR screening, which if you pass you get a 15 minute assessment and then a first round with two people on the team. People seemed genuine, they acquired EA Markets in the previous year and are building out their platform
