Applied online, receive email, did phone interview with recruiter, then interviewed with two branch managers they asked the normal interview questions, by the end of the week I heard back from the recruiter offering me the position and a month later start date

They ask mostly behavioral questions throughout the interview and really try to get to know you as a person. Interview process wasn’t difficult, but there were 3 rounds - first, meeting with the hiring recruiter, then area manager, and lastly the branch manager who I would have worked with.

Timely interview with recruiter and branch manager both were great. Asked about work history and gave a great rundown on daily expectations. The branch manager was nice and very forward on how she wants her branch ran.

How do I maintain in a fast paced environment. For me it was simple coming from wireless communications. It’s always busy and serve a lot of customers.
phone then in person interview, all behavioral questions about teller work. was not too hard, just have some answers prepared before coming in and or having the phone interview, good luck!
