I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chargeflow (Modiin) in Oct 2025
Interview
The process started with an interview with HR, which was pleasant and eased me into the process in the nicest way possible. Then, I had a Zoom interview with the team lead, who was very transparent, described the company, the team, and the role clearly, asked me questions about myself, my technical abilities, and my general background, and gave me the home assignment.
I had 48 hours to complete the home assignment, and was then invited to an interview with the team lead and the VP. After that, I had a final HR interview with the VP of People and the Talent Acquisition Partner, who spoke about the company with shining eyes, asked me questions about myself, and made me feel very comfortable.
Every stage in the process was fully transparent, pleasant, and handled well, which gave me the motivation to accept the offer at the end. The overall process took approximately 3 weeks.
