We are growing rapidly and filling the office, we also have a transparent flat structure where only the CEO has a private office. The first stage interview is designed to be informal and take place in an open space. During our second stage interviews candidates spend more time with senior managers in private offices, no one is hired without meeting the MD, Head of Recruitment and managers from each of our divisions. We have high expectations at ChapmanBlack and have to meet a lot of people to ensure we get the right fit for both parties. I hope this goes someway to explain the rational behind the process.
It is fair to say the office is young,, but I would go with fun rather than immature and our sales floor is loud by design, we don't want t a quiet office!
