the whole process was simple 3 steps . profile review, telephonic verification & face 2 face interview. Overall they only what to check on details you have provided in resume is true. as i got to know later they seem to skim all non desired candidated even before telephonic check, by solely relent on resume. Bad news for anyone how didn't prepare detailed CV. And its noted that the company mostly give preferences to freshers.
