First I received an email stating that I should RSVP for a job fair, I signed up for the job fair. The job fair at the store began a couple minutes late. Red flag number one. Other job candidates arrived and one-on-one interviews were conducted. Then a group interview was conducted. The room was very cold, I would advise you to bring a sweater. During this interview, you are facing all the managers. We were instructed to make a resume with construction paper and crafting supplies. If you´re not the creative type, don´t even bother applying to this company. They´re looking for someone very well-spoken and really interested in learning about a variety of exotic foods. Might as well look for another company that offers full-time employment and better pay if you that profile. Then we had to identify food in small plastic boxes such as pumpkin seeds. So during the entire interview, I constantly felt ridiculed and just looked down upon. The interview lasted 3 hours. Not a good interview at all and did not have a good impression of the managers. During a break from the interview, one of the managers actually approached the group and told them not to take a long time. We were just sitting there waiting. . .Clearly we were not going anywhere. The way he said it, I did not like it. So many red flags.
