Video interview with Hirevue, then in person interview. They asked standard soft skill questions and about experiences. The video interview questions were very similar to the in person interview questions.

Interview
Got introduced to the HR personell through a career fair. Was called on later for a 1:1 interview. Interview process consisted of Technical and HR rounds. Technical questions contained indepth analysis of powersystem studies, fault analysis and general awareness of company businesses. The HR round focused on trying to get an idea of your career interests, interest to work in the company, goal in life etc.
