Interview
I was interviewed by Elite ES that was bought out by Caterpillar. I was interviewed by the Engineering manager and the VP of the company. I was asked about 5S, Kailzen and ISO. I was asked to show that I could read electrical schematics and show that I could read mechanical blueprints.
