Interview
It was really a great experience being interviewed for caterpillar. The interview went for an hour, and all they asked was STAR-based situational and behavioral questions. There were around 7 questions in total.

Es un proceso de entrevista de panel con preguntas generales de prácticas y procesos de manufactura. Tiende a ser un poco estresante mantener la atención de todos los panelistas y el estrés es algo alto pues todos generan preguntas de diversos rubros al mismo tiempo

Colloquio in presenza con domande incentrate sul percorso di studi. Le domande che mi sono state fatte sono state per la maggior parte conoscitive. Non ci sono state domande tecniche.
