I received a invitation for a skype call. It went fine until the technical interview part. I couldn't hear the questions. The way the questions was asked was very unclear. For instance I was asked how a pc connects to the internet. The answer was a form a of NAT'ing. There are all kinds of answers to that question. The interview was just a nasty way of weeding candidates. Especially women. IT was difficult to understand the interviewers who had a heavy german and chinese accent respectively
