Interview
Seemed like they envisioned themselves like a consulting firm or a product company. There was an aptitude and personality test. Couple of weeks later a recruiter contacted me and right off the bat verified if my salary expectations were aligned with their range. The second round was a mini case interview. Few days later got an email that i progressed to the next round and surprise! Another “full” case interview and finally a job fit interview. Got ghosted after that!

Case based questions based on profitability, weighted averages and break even analysis.
The interview process was smooth overall. It started with a computer screening, followed by a 30-minute recruiter call focused on my experience and fit with Capital One. Then I had a one-hour “money case” discussing a Capital One product from different angles. I’ve now moved to the PowerDay round, which includes two product cases, one product skills round, and one product discovery round.

Interview
Interview had 4 rounds: assessment, recruiter, hiring manager, and Power Day. The Power day was 4 30 min interview sessions with other managers. It was pretty straight forward, just prepare some STAR based experiences.
Interview process included a first round HR screen, a second round mini case study, and a power day final round followed by a team match. Recruiter was very helpful throughout the process
