The HR representative from the London office, rescheduled my interview multiple times—each time at the last minute. I adjusted my schedule repeatedly to accommodate their requests, only to have my time wasted again and again. To make matters worse, during this chaotic process, I noticed that the job was reposted on LinkedIn. It became clear that they were likely stringing me along without any real intention of moving forward. The lack of respect for my time and the complete absence of clear communication left me feeling strung along and undervalued. Capital Dynamics claims to value relationships, yet their approach to potential hires contradicts this entirely. I would advise anyone considering a role here to think twice. If this is how they treat candidates during the interview process, I can only imagine what it would be like to work there. It's a clear red flag about their internal culture and priorities.
