Positive but did seem drawn out over a lengthy period - multiple conversations were required that ultimately lead no where after being pursued to meet with some of the leadership team

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Kraków)
Interview
Process was ok and fast. But they offered me 50% less what I asked for. No communication or confirmation during the process. Was a waste of time. And negotiation was not there.
Process was well organized and seamless. The team followed through very well. All rounds for interview were well coordinated. Provided enough information of job profile and work culture. Technical panel and Hr rounds were all conducted within 3 weeks and feedback shared promptly.
