Sat through a tedious and quite frankly ridiculous 2 hour aptitude assessment test which held absolutely no relevance to the role itself. Then interviewed with a member of HR who was fantastic. Following the interview I was told I would hear back shortly. A month and half later I have not yet heard back. Incredibly unprofessional from start to finish.

My interview experience at this Canadian startup was great. The initial 2.5-hour test challenged my skills, but it was a fair evaluation and coming from the field I know this is mandatory. Sehr, my interviewer, was not only friendly but also highly supportive throughout. The office itself is stunning, and the coffee they offer is top-notch. A great impression overall!
