I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cage Point in May 2024
Interview
I was contacted regarding a position at Cage Point through a recruiting agency. At first, the process was very fast-paced and the recruiter was great to work with. Once I interviewed, however, I was completely ghosted despite following up multiple times. Clearly I'm not being offered the job, but I found it incredibly unprofessional to ghost a candidate.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Cage Point
Interview
I had multiple interviews and then was ghosted, a recruiter then contacted me for the same position I previously interviewed for.
The interviews were very casual and were more conversational.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cage Point (New York, NY) in Jul 2020
Interview
3 Rounds of interviews - multiple 30-minute phone calls and one final round zoom call. Overall, the interviews went well; however, the company took quite long to get back to me and wasn't planning on emailing me that I didn't get the job offer weeks later even though I made it to the final round. Cage Point emphasized their focus on the importance of their people and transparent culture, yet I felt I was very led on and treated like a number by not receiving a rejection email. People remember the way they were treated by a company, whether as an interviewee or employee. This company can — and should — do better, especially in this day and age.
