Cafaro interview questions

HR manager asked for my availability for an interview. Asked if I could come in on a day I stated to be unavailable. Adjusted my schedule to make the interview. HR manager called morning of the interview to ask if we can adjust time of the interview again. Interview was straightforward enough but I didn't get the impression that they would value and treat an individual's time with more respect after employing them.
