You submit your application online and it is forwarded to the stores you applied to. I was interviewed by the manager who asked standard interview questions. After the interview was required to do a drug test and a background check. Nothing particularly out of the norm in the process.

Great, very involved and well respected, questions really detailed and informative to you and store short as well. They give you time to respond and think of what you want to answer
The interview process was very easy, the manager who interviewed me was very nice. I got the job but the pay is sucked, they expect to work like animal for as little as 18 dollars an hour.
