Interview
Professional, about 20 minutes long, Pharmacist Manager does the interviewing. Applications are reviewed via online submission, those fit are selected for an interview. Pharmacists are very professional, make sure you dress to code. They want to make sure you are competent, a quick learner, and can handle working under pressure.
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.

They asked me my availability and proficiency in math.
it wasnt bad they just asked really basic questions. I got hired on the spot, do not stress guys. it was very straight forward and easy. take your resume just in case. good luck guys
Quick few questions asked over by the water bottle section in the CVS, got the job in one 15 min interview, questions were behavioral and about availability. They give preference to students in pharmacy school.
