Fast process nothing to crazy got the job emailed did all the paperwork and then I stared the next week. Easy but horrible work environment very hostile but if you need a job go for it

Interview
In person. Office interview one on one. Simple questions, such as, 'tell me about yourself'. The interview did not take long. I was offered the job the following day. The big thing that hiring manager was curious to know was how often I could work.
One-on-one interview with the location manager was super smooth. Simple questions about experience and availability. You can tell they are looking for responsible, reliable employees that will treat all donors with respect and kindness.
A set of situational scenarios, a lot of "tell me about a time" or "what would you do if?" Interview was over the phone as it was in the beginning of 2021.
