I applied at career fair and then online, and then had a campus interview with behavorial questions. It was pretty easy and fun I think. Can't wait to work there this summer!

Applied by sending the recruiter a cold email and received an interview request a couple weeks later. For the Champaign office, was just a behavioral interview with the site leader, received an offer the next week.

Interview
Had one phone interview with two recruiters (originally supposed to be a Skype interview). The interview lasted about 40 mins and was completely behavioral with no technical questions. The interviewers were very friendly and nice, and the whole process went smoothly. I got a call back 2 weeks after the phone interview with an offer.
